We have been making cider for our family for over 10 years. We use traditional Tamar Valley apple varieties grown on site to make a refreshing, fruity cider with a clean after taste.
With a nod to the past this cider is named after the goblins that were believed to live in the mine. If you heard a knocking noise, it was the Knockers warning you of impending disaster, usually a mine collapse. Every miner used to throw their pasty crust into the mine to thank the Knockers for keeping them safe.
