An easy-going, hazy sparkling wine made from red-skinned Rondo grapes. Soft bubbles are formed in the bottle as the wine ferments giving a unique reflection of grapes, vineyard and locality. Made in small batches and a limited edition release, best enjoyed chilled and young.
